and Families Solution-focused and goal directed Counseling. I also offer Psycho-educational Group work, as a Brene' Brown Certified Daring Way Facilitator. I am a level 2 EMDR practitioner for Trauma, Anxiety and Stress. I also have Distance Counselor Certification and can provide services online after a one-on-one intake for evaluating suitability.
